Shipping policy

1. Nationwide Delivery

 - UK Mainland

• Order Up to £150 - £45
• Order £151-£500 - £30
• Order Over £500 - Free Postage 

***Surcharge for Scottish Islands:

- Isle of Wight & Scottish Highland & Scottish Grampian - £15

• All UK Mainland services are next day delivery however delays may occur with fireworks hence we state 1-3 business days. 
• All shipments will be dispatched next working day after order confirmation.
• ID will be requested on delivery.

Delivery is usually made Monday to Friday during normal working hours. If the courier attempts delivery and no-one is available to take receipt of your order you will incur additional re-delivery charges.

Please also make sure you only sign for the amount of items delivered and that you check you have everything you have ordered immediately. Do not wait until the day of your display before checking the contents. Should you be missing any products, we then still have time to rectify the order for you.

2. Collection

We offer a click and collect service. 

You must email or message via our online chat with a collection date and time. We will do our best to accommodate any day and time.  

Standard Collection Times

- 3rd, 4th and 5th November 

- 30th and 31st December 

( 7 days 9am to 6pm)

Rest of Year 

Monday to Friday - 2pm to 4pm

Saturday - 11am-12pm
